Coming from a background in martial arts and gymnastics, Clark was drawn to dance at the late age of 14. He quickly excelled at his passion and was selected as a National YoungArts Foundation Winner and Beach Blanket Babylon Scholarship Finalist. Clark has attended summer intensives at Te Juilliard School, Nederlands Dans Teater, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Vim Vigor, Northwest Dance Project’s LAUNCH, Springboard Dance Montréal, Batsheva Dance Company, San FranciscoConservatory, Pacific Northwest Ballet and Ballet West and has performed works by Stijn Celis, Peter Chu, Ohad Naharin, Shannon Gillen, Luca Signoretti, Zvi Gotheiner, Loni Landon, Norbert De La Cruz III, Shumpei Nemoto, Fernando Melo, Francesa Harper, Guy Shomroni/ Yaniv Abraham, Micaela Taylor and Ethan Colangelo among others. While representing his chapter as Mr. Dance of California 2013, he received recognition as a fnalist and scholarship winner for Mister Dance of America 2014, as well as a semi¬fnalist winner at Youth America Grand Prix SF. During high school, Clark performed with his school’s dance group and co¬taught boys classes at BADS. He recently graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Anthropology and a certifcate in Dance. During his time at Princeton, Clark choreographed on and performed in student groups including diSiac Dance Company and Princeton University Ballet. Most recently, Clark performed at the Copenhagen International Choreography Competition and will create a new work with fellow Princeton alumni Alex Quetell and Emily Wohl to be premiered at the Detroit Dance City Festival. He now dances with Rambert2 in London.
